Terms of payment and shipping

1. payment

1.1 The prices are in USD incl. the currently valid legal value added tax.

1.2 The following methods of payment are possible:

a) by prepayment
The customer is obliged to pay the purchase price immediately after conclusion of the contract by bank transfer to our account.
When paying in advance, you will receive an e-mail from us with the exact invoice data. Therefore, please be sure to enter your e-mail address and telephone number in the order form so that we can contact you. Please indicate your name and the invoice number as reason for payment in your transfer, so that we can assign your payment receipt to the order.

b) via PayPal
Here you simply pay as usual via your PayPal account.

c) by credit card
Pay comfortably with your credit card.

d) by Sofort Bank Transfer
Transfer the value of goods in real time and receive your goods even faster.

e) Giropay
Pay easily, securely and quickly via online banking.

1.3 For foreign deliveries, payment is also made in advance, by PayPal, by credit card or Sofort Überweisung.

1.4 Until full payment, the delivered goods remain our property (retention of title according to §§158, 449 BGB). If the agreed payment deadlines are exceeded, we must charge reminder and processing fees.

1.5 No cash discount will be granted.

2. shipment

2.1 Deliveries within Germany
For standard orders within Germany we charge up to a value of goods of € 29.00, packaging and shipping costs of € 3.90. For orders above € 29.00, we deliver within Germany free of shipping costs. Delivery will be made in 2-4 business days if the goods are in stock.

2.2 Deliveries to Austria
For standard orders to the above countries, we charge up to a value of € 99.00, packaging and shipping costs of € 6.90. For orders over € 99.00, we deliver to these countries free of shipping costs. The delivery takes place in 3-5 working days if the goods are in stock.

2.3 Deliveries to Switzerland
For standard orders to above mentioned countries we charge packaging and shipping costs of € 16,90. The order will be shipped to you by our partner meineinkauf.ch. Delivery takes place in 4-7 working days
