Do you have one or more items that you do not want to keep?

You have the right to return the item(s) within 100 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

Please note that we do not issue confirmations of receipt. Only as soon as the return has been processed, you will receive an email from us.

Currently, we require a processing time of 3-7 business days for returns.

How to send a return:

Please include a note with the following information:
For a return label, please contact: info@wldoho.com

- Name
- Order number (PL.....)
- The reason for the return so we know if a replacement, exchange or refund is desired.

We advise you to keep the postal receipt of your return so that you have a proof in case your package does not reach us.
